Herringbone Nail art

Inspired by the lovely Chalkboardnails and Snowglobenails. Find those both on instagram! These two nail artists are my big inspirations.

I spent about an hour on these because my nails are so long now, doing this I realised I need a cut them badly :D

Halloween Cuts Nail Art

I have done more Halloween nails, I am having fun this year and season! I did these for the Ulta3 competition so fingers cross for me. I tried making the images look a bit ore dramatic and scary, hope I pulled it off. When I am peeing potatoes I am on guard because I know it does crazy cuts like this lol. :)

Messy lines Nail Art

I don't know what is wrong with my camera, sorry if my pictures look poor quality. :( I did recently buy a Lightbox tent but by accident bought a 50 inch one so was a bit big lol. My light was half its size if not more. Next time I will read the Ebay description haha.

Ulta3 - Get Teal and Bling!

I keep buying so many of these nail polishes they are amazing quality and price. I do love this Get Teal but unfortunately it can stain a little bit. I then had to add some gems or bling of course! :D

I have done a lot of Halloween nail art recently unlike last year where I did maybe two designs. I have defiantly improved though. I did win the Barry M comp last Halloween with this 2013 one.
Its amazing seeing improvements in the past year and cant wait to see more next year.

Candy Corn Halloween Nail art

I have never had Candy Corn, whats it taste like? lol. I am from the UK so pretty sure they don't have it there. Halloween is never big in England or even here in Australia where I am now. Will be a strange one being so light outside instead of dark and cold like it would be on Halloween in England. USA go all out and looks amazing at Halloween by seeing it in films that is. :)

Bokeh Nail Art

I followed Cutepolish Bokeh Nail art tutorial, you can see that on YouTube. I didn't have the white acrylic paint for this so the Bokeh didn't spread that well so I used a cotton bud in white nail polish an dabbed that on, it works pretty OK I think. Have you ever tried this technique before?

Stone water marble Nail Art

Ive never mastered the water marbling technique because I find its so messy and never works for me.  :/ So I went for the Stone water marbling effect using a perfume sprayed into water and dipping your fingers. This is my first attempt, I really like the Ring finger pattern best I wish they all turned out like that, not sure what went wrong though. More and more practice is to come.

I used a brand called Coral Colours (unnamed) and Sinful colours - Snow Me White

Halloween Nail Art - Bats, Drips and Spider

I think if I was a Bat or Spider my favorite colour would be pink!! I used Pink by Models Own - Sun Hat, because not very often you see pink used in a Halloween Mani, well I haven't seen one yet. The traditional colours are oranges, green, purple... I see plenty of those.

Oh and yeah my little spider has one eye bigger than the other but it looks cute enough to leave :)
